Microix Partner Portal -FAQ


  • Is there a fee to access the partner portal?  No, there is no fee to access the partner portal.                                                      
  • How do I log in to the partner portal for the first time? You will receive an email with a link to access the Partner Portal follow the steps to create your new unique password.   Here is an example of email subject line content: From: Microix [mailto:sales@microix.net]    Subject: [Microix] Your username and password    *Please Note:  There is one login credential per company.  You may  share your login credentials with your key staff. You will have the ability to change/ reset your password at any time (see below on how to change/ reset your password).   If you would like to change your user name, please contact us. 
  • What if I do not receive my login credentials? Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see the email in your main email inbox otherwise send an email to sales@microix.net.
  • Will I still have access to Partner Portal if I move to another company? Yes, only if you are with a company that is a Microix Business Partner.  Please get new login credentials from your new company. 
  • What is the advantage of having access to Partner Portal? Partners will be able to access the latest up to date information to pass on to their clients without the assistance of a Microix representative.  Please keep in mind that Microix representative is always available to provide assistance. The Partner Portal is for your convenience.
  • What documents do I have access to from the Partner Portal?  Agreements, Order& Quote Forms, Promotional and Marketing Materials, System Requirements, And much more 
  •   I don’t remember my password. How can I reset my password?  Under the login box there is an option called – “lost your password?”, after you enter your user name or email it will send you a link to create a new password via email.
  • Can I change my password?   Yes, under “Edit Account” there is a box to enter a new password.
  • Where do I go if my information is listed incorrectly on the Partner Portal?   You can change your account details by going to “Edit Account” and hit the Submit bottom to save the changes.
  • How do I search for the documents I am looking for? You can click on the categories to the right and it will show you all the documents under that particular category.
  • How do I print documents? You click on the document you would like to print by downloading, then select Print.
  • Can I add my company information / Co-Brand on the Microix Trifold brochures? Yes, the trifold brochure does have a space where you can electronically add your information or place a company sticker on them.
  • Who do I contact if I have questions about the Partner Portal?   You would contact the Sales department at 1-866-MICROIX (642-7649) Ext. 2 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ET (Monday to Friday) or send an email to sales@microix.net .
  • Can I change my display name? Yes, you can change your display name but you have to select from the options provided to you.
  • Can I change my user name?  No, at this time the user name cannot be changed.
  • Can I upload or change the profile picture/ avatar?  No, only the Microix IT administrator has the permission to change profile pictures.
  • How do I know when new materials are added? The dashboard will show the recent files that were uploaded to the Partner Portal.  If you have any suggestions on more materials, you would like to see please send an email to sales@microix.net.
  • Can I forward the documents to my e-mail?  No, this option is not available. You can download and send as an attachment.
